  • A provider of high-end residential remodeling that makes use of the custom cabinetry that we build at our production facility in Elizabeth Twp.
  • We offer turn-key projects including everything from demolition, plumbing, electric, flooring, custom cabinetry, countertops, and tiled backsplashes.
  • Large projects are mostly kitchens and baths; smaller projects include bars, built-in bookcases and wall units, fireplace surrounds, and some furniture-type pieces.

+ Assitant Cabinetmaker

The Assistant Cabinetmaker will be responsible for job-related tasks as follows:

  • Obtain weekly/daily assignment(s) from the Shop Foreman

  • Perform fabrication work as directed by the Shop Foreman and Cabinetmaker(s)
    • Accept mentoring and direction from the Cabinetmaker(s)
    • Fabrication work will include cutting/joint-work, assembly, sanding, and finishing
    • Occasionally, work in the field performing installations will be required.

  • Perform housekeeping and equipment maintenance actions as directed by the Shop Foreman
    • Housekeeping will include janitorial duties, occasional landscaping and snow removal, scrap wood and saw dust removal, sweeping of the shop, etc.
    • Equipment maintenance will include cleaning and lubrication, minor repairs, etc.

  • Provide daily and weekly feedback to the Shop Foreman on the following:
    • Design and fabrication issues
    • Potential process improvements
    • Material and equipment needs for upcoming actions
    • Equipment in need of repair or replacement
+ Installer

The Installer will be responsible for job-related tasks as follows:

  • Obtain weekly/daily assignment(s) from the Shop Foreman

  • Perform installation work along with other company employees. Work may include:
    • Cabinet installation
    • Trim-work installation
    • General remodeling activities such as demolition, framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, work-site cleanup, etc.
    • HVAC modifications
    • Basic plumbing and electrical work
    • Assisting the Lead Installer with ceramic tile and hardwood installation.
    • Travel to suppliers to pick-up and deliver materials.

  • It is anticipated that the majority of the Installer's work will be done in customer's homes. Thus, the following standards of conduct shall be maintained:
    • Dress code - clean jeans and work boots, company shirt (preferred) or clean shirt with no advertising or messages.
    • No smoking in customer homes or property, or in company vehicles.
    • No obscene language.
    • A clean and orderly work-site shall be maintained. End-of-day clean-up shall be performed. Tools shall be secured in employee's or company vehicles unless the Lead Installer or Field Project Manager approves their being left at the jobsite.
    • Any questions from the homeowner or other contractors shall be referred to the Lead Installer or Field Project Manager.
